ATC Language & Travel was founded in 1964. In that time we have had the pleasure of welcoming students from many different destinations all over the world. We aim to help our students improve their knowledge of English in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere by providing an extensive educational and cultural programme, and by ensuring that the needs of our students are clearly understood and met at all times. At ATC we offer a wide range of English language and examination courses for adults and juniors to suit all levels of English.
ATC Staff
ATC office staff is experienced, well-trained and motivated. ATC academic staff are highly-qualified teachers and trainers, widely experienced and all involved in teacher development programmes organised both in-house and externally. We aim to provide the most up-to-date methods and media for our students.
ATC Classrooms
All our classrooms cater for audio and audio-visual technologies, with plenty of space to facilitate communicative language practice. We can provide specifically set up rooms for testing and examinations. A variety of classroom layouts, with both tables and lecture chairs, suits different learning styles.
ATC Library
The student library contains a wide selection of both educational and recreational reading material.
ATC Study Centre
The Study Centre is available for students who wish to study independently using the material available in our library. The students can use this room to do their homework or practise/improve their skills in English. Teachers are available to give advice or help students with their studies. This room is available from 14:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday.
ATC Multimedia Room
ATC's computer room is equipped with 25 computers. Internet and email facilities are free. The room is open from 13:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday. The school also has wireless (WI-FI) internet access available throughout the building for those students who wish to use their own laptops.
ATC Canteen
Students can relax in the comfortable canteen, which includes fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, coffee machine, refreshments and filtered cold water. It is the ideal place to talk to other students and staff between classes.
